In 1987, the Specialty Lamp Division was created from the ground up by Sam Scott, GE & myself (our Guru, Troutman). Sam thought of the idea, GE provided support and the lamps & I was hired to run the division.

The division quickly grew into one of the largest Specialty Lamp Suppliers in the country & still is. The initial focus was on Projection (AV) Lamps & Stage/Studio Lamps. Now, the primary focus is on LCD and DLP Lamp & Cage Assemblies. However, we still stock the Projection (AV) Lamps & Stage/Studio Lamps.
